The Role
We are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to support our operational teams and ensure customers receive clear communication, timely updates and a positive experience throughout the lifecycle of our works.
You will take ownership of customer engagement activities before, during and after works, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and supporting the resolution of enquiries and complaints. You will work closely with supervisors, planners and the Customer Manager to ensure all customer-related obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
· Take ownership of all customer care activities (pre-works, during works and post-completion).
· Support operational teams in resolving customer enquiries and complaints within required timescales
· Carry out post-completion walk-offs and ensure customer feedback is captured and recorded.
· Support Lasting Impression and community engagement activities.
· Ensure effective communication with customers, including letters, notices, drop cards and vulnerability checks.
· Act as an escalation point for complex or repeat customer issues, working with the Project Manager.
· Identify vulnerable customers (PSR) and ensure appropriate support is provided in line with GSOP requirements.
· Track customer KPIs, trends and performance, providing reports where required.
· Work collaboratively with supervisors and planners to understand upcoming works and CLO requirements.
· Promote a strong customer service culture across operational teams.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
· Experience in customer service, utilities or a similar field
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
· Supervisor Street Works qualification (NRSWA)
· Health & Safety qualification
· Experience working within the gas industry, reinstatement or utility environment

The Role
We are seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee operational teams and support the successful delivery of gas mains replacement; service works and reinstatement activities. You will supervise teams from site set-up through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and customer expectations are consistently met.
This role is key to maintaining RWB’s standards across safety, compliance, programme performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise operational teams during all stages of works, including site set-up, enabling, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement and site completion.
· Attend sites to brief teams on the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS and statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM, Cadent standards and procedures).
· Manage the opening, monitoring and closing of Street Works permits in line with NRSWA, ensuring Traffic Management and permit conditions are adhered to.
· Ensure all client, safety and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
· Work collaboratively with the Customer Liaison Officer to support customer engagement and identify any specific needs (PSR, language support, vulnerable customers).
· Provide accurate daily and weekly reporting to ensure service levels and programme objectives are achieved.
· Promote a positive, solution-focused approach within the team and support continuous improvement.
· Ensure all safety issues, hazards and near misses are reported in line with RWB procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
· SHEA Gas
· NRSWA Supervisor (Units 1–10)
· Experience supervising operational teams within utilities, gas or reinstatement
· Strong understanding of safety, compliance and street works requirements
Preferred:
SCO 1, 2 & 5
IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS
NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas Manager’s Appreciation
Experience working on Cadent networks

We are delivering essential gas mains replacement works across the East Midlands as part of the Cadent programme, and we are looking for someone who can lead from the front. This role is all about safe, efficient delivery, strong team leadership, and excellent customer care. As our Gas Site Supervisor, you will oversee operational teams from site set‑up through to reinstatement and completion. You will ensure compliance with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards, manage Street Works activities, support traffic management requirements, and keep projects moving to programme. You will also work closely with a Customer Liaison Officer to minimise disruption and support customers with specific needs. We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
